ARTIST INTERVIEW
Q: I would be happy to do an interview with you, how are the artists selected?
A: I love artists that are proud of their accomplishments and want to self-promote. Contact Debbie with your name and blog/website link. Some are artists I have known for years, some I come across while on Facebook, Twitter, Social Networks I belong to and some from following links from one blog to another to another. Recommendations are always welcome also.

Q: How do I get my book reviewed?
A: You or your publisher are welcome to send a copy for review. Occassionally a book may be passed on to one of our readers for review and after the review, the book may be donated, used as a give-a-way or kept for reference and used for projects to be shared with our readers.

Q: How can I get my Calling or Business Card featured?
A: Artists, crafters and creative business owners (oneline & storefront) are invited to send the Marketplace their Calling or Business card to be featured here on the blog. The feature will include your card and a link to your blog or website.

Digital: Digital cards accepted as JPGs or PNGs at 400 pixels wide maximum, clear and legible, cropped nicely to the size of your card. Submissions that do not follow the digital guidelines will not be accepted.

GALLERIES
Q: Do you take recommendations for galleries to visit?
A: Yes! If you own or know of a gallery we would love to hear about it. Contact Debbie with the Gallery name, your name, a link or location and any information you would like to share about the gallery.
Great Art Finds
Q: I sell my artwork online and would love to have my shop featured.
A: MMCA Members are welcome to list a direct link to their shop home page for consideration of being featured in the forum discussion "Buy My Artwork Here"! If you are not a member of MMCA you are welcome to join us or email me a direct link to your shop home page for consideration.
As each shop is listed in the MMCA forum topic or emailed to me, I enter the individual shop into an excel spread sheet with each shop numbered. When it is time to feature a shop I generate a random number and that shop will be feature. If the number generated has already been featured or the shop is empty another number will be generated.
PLACES TO VISIT WHEN IN
Q: I know of this great place to visit, can I send you information on it?
A: Please do. Our readers are from all over the world and this is a way for us to share so we don't miss the great little cafe, shop, gallery & etc when we are traveling.
PRODUCT REVIEWS
Q: Can I send you samples of my product for review?
A: You are welcome to submit samples of products to be reviewed. Some products will be announced on the blog and readers leaving a comment as to why they would like to review the product will have a chance to have their name randomly drawn to review the product for us.

Q: I have a site that offers tips on marketing, selling, getting into galleries or shops, how to handle the every day stress of running a business and etc. Can I submit it for consideration?

A: Every one that contributes to the Marketplace Blog whether it be an article, a link, a book, a product or a sponsor has their name put into a random drawing every few months for a reward. The reward may be a product or book we have reviewed, something that has been gifted from an artist or business owner (gifts are given credit in a blog post) or may be a gift certificate or cash prize.

STUDENT ARTIST INTERVIEWS
Q: How do you become a Student Artist Interview?
A: You must be an art major in an accredited college, university or art & design school to start with. We must be able to verifiy your enrollment. Once this is done, you will be sent a set a questions to complete and return with up to 5 images of your work. You must provide an email address for our readers to be able to contact you should they be interested in purchasing or learning more about your art work.

Q: What is a Support Team Member and how are they compensated?
A: A "STM" is someone that believes in the mission and goals of the Marketplace and would like to be a part of helping others through their art. The three "R's", reviews, research, and recuiting are just a few of the things that it takes for the Marketplace to be a place of support and networking.
At this time, STM's are given credit for their work as well as links to their website and or blog.
